Time for bed Birthday Boy!

I can't believe a year has gone by.  Time really does fly.  We have had a fun year with our newest little man.  We are blessed to have a mellow dude who sleeps well and smiles alot.  How lucky are we?  Over the last year he has traveled to 6 states, been on an airplane 4 times, had his haircut (by his mom) 4 times, grown 7 teeth, learned to crawl and most recently figured out clapping.  He claps all day long now.  In the morning if music isn't playing on the radio he makes sure I know.  I turn to music and he starts clapping.

We had a fun birthday celebration for Will on his actual birthday on Sunday, August 4th.  Grandma and Grandpa Schrader and a house full of friends helped sing him happy birthday and spoil him with more presents than a 1 year old should have.  His first gift came in the mail from Grandma and Papa Dienhart but we waited to open it on his actual birthday.  He loved the tissue paper and the cards.  By far his favorite gift was the barn mega blocks that he opened from Mary and Ron.  When Grandma took it to take it out of the box Will growled and shook his fists then crawled over to it.  Funny man.  he still loves it.  He pulls it out everyday.  Most likely the little farmer will drown in drool before the week is up.
