Fun at the Zoo

Creepy but fun. Will took my photos.

2nd Annual - July 4th Playdate at the Zoo

Will and I met up with Cristine and Renae and Stacey and Conner for a fun day at the zoo.  It was a great day.  We wore the kids out.  I think they all fell asleep on the way to the car or in the car!

Super Saturday - the Streetcar and Science City

Louis started off the week with some low scores at camp. I promised him a Super Saturday if he could turn his week around and get 1s and 2s.  He did a great job and was rewarded with a family day riding the Streetcar and spending the day at Science City.

Will is getting so tall.  He can reach the lowest water fountains now.

  Our alien.

 Louis lost his legs...

...and Will lost his whole body.

Gaming with Dad

Doug is teaching the boys a kid's board game. They fight Witches and other spooky creatures with activity cards.  Will liked the poopy pants card.

Madagascar the Musical

We enjoy watching Madagascar at the Coeterie Theater.  It is a great children's theater at Crown Center.  Other than being a little loud at times, Will loved it.  We followed up the play with a popcorn treat at Topsy's.  Doug's favorite was cheddar, the boys loved caramel and I am a classic salt and butter girl.  Then we checked out the children's display where the boys loved the rock conveyer belt.

Will loved Marty the Zebra.  He had a great voice, a fun costume, and Will thought he was a nice guy.  : )

A Day out with Thomas and Percy

It was a hot hot hot summer day but we still had a fun time riding Thomas.  It was the boys' first Thomas ride.  It was my second.  I went years ago with Michael, Sara and Mike.  Will loved it.  I don't think he could have been more happy.
