Playdate at the Zoo

This weekend we had a fun day at the Zoo with our friends, Conner and Stacey and Renae and Cristine.  We saw the cheetah run for the first time and we learned that her name is Gigi.

Mother's Day

Doug made us delicious homemade pizza.  And I mean it is really homemade.  He makes the doug and the sauce from scratch.  It is a real treat.  Next year I will ask Doug to take my picture too.  I think he forgot that I was a mom too.  : )

NASCAR - My mother's day treat!

Louis and Doug went to the Friday race with my dad and me.  Mom, Dad and I went to the Saturday night race.  The weather was perfect!

the Streetcar with Grandma and Papa

Grandma and Papa traveled to KC to visit.  We went to the opening day of the streetcar.  It was warm and sunny but fun. Luckily they had waters for everyone.  We got on at Union Station and rode to the River Market area for lunch.  The first ride was packed.  It was a better ride later in the day.  Will loved standing with Daddy.
